Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

In the case of an order for several goods that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by e-mail or letter.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal via the electronic withdrawal function provided in the online shop, if available. If you use this function, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

This does not apply to additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Individually Manufactured Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This particularly concerns individually manufactured or personalized products, for example products with special dimensions, desired colors, personalized inscriptions, logos, motifs, custom-made items, or other special customer requests.

For regular standard items from our shop that are ordered without individual customization, the statutory right of withdrawal applies, unless a legal exception applies.
