Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email once your package is on its way.

We mainly print with PLA and PETG. PLA is a plant-based plastic – robust, food-safe, and more environmentally friendly than conventional plastics. PETG is even more durable and heat-resistant.

PLA products are dishwasher safe up to 50 °C. Higher temperatures can deform the material. It's best to wash by hand or use a gentle cycle.

Slight layer lines are typical for 3D printing and are part of the product's character. We print with high resolution so that the surface is clean and even. This is not a defect – it's craftsmanship.

We have over 20 colors in stock – from black, white, and gray to vibrant tones and even glow-in-the-dark. The available colors are shown directly with the product.

Yes! Many of our products can be ordered with names, texts, or individual colors. Check the product description or just ask us.

That shouldn't happen – but if it does: Send us a photo by email and we'll find a solution immediately. Either a replacement or a refund – uncomplicated and fair.

Since every product is freshly and often individually printed for you, an exchange of personalized items is unfortunately not possible. For standard products, however, we always find a solution – just talk to us.

Colors may vary slightly depending on the screen. We do our best to display colors as realistically as possible. If you are unsure, please contact us in advance – we are happy to advise you.

We are Daniel & Fynn – father and son. Daniel takes care of precision and production, Fynn (11) selects designs, tinkers with prototypes, and tests everything. Learn more about us on the About Us page.

Everything is printed in our own workshop in Germany. Handmade, no mass-produced goods, no dropshipping.
