The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, insofar as the customer account is used for placing orders, and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in a customer-friendly shop function.
You can have your customer account deleted at any time, provided there are no legal retention obligations preventing this.

We only store personal data for as long as necessary for the respective purposes.
Order, invoice, and contract data are stored for the duration of statutory retention obligations.
We store data from contact inquiries for as long as is necessary to process the inquiry. After that, they are deleted, unless there are legal retention obligations or legitimate interests in further storage.
Data processed on the basis of consent will be stored until the consent is revoked or as long as processing is necessary for the respective purpose.
