Custom Manufacturing

Our products are custom-made after an order is placed. This means you receive a product specifically manufactured for your order, not an anonymous mass-produced item.

Minor deviations in color, shape, or size are possible due to production processes. For 3D-printed products, visible layer lines, slight dimensional tolerances, or material-typical surface textures may also occur.

These characteristics make each piece unique and do not constitute a defect, provided they do not significantly impair the product's ordinary use and the product conforms to its description.

Personalized Products

For personalized products, custom-made items, or products manufactured according to your individual specifications, there is no right of withdrawal unless there is a defect.

This particularly applies to products with special dimensions, custom colors, personalized inscriptions, logos, designs, one-off productions, or other specific customer requests.

By completing the order, you confirm that you have taken note of the information regarding custom-made products, possible production-related deviations, and personalized items.

Please carefully check all details before completing your order. This includes, in particular, dimensions, colors, texts, names, motifs, files, and other customization requests.
